4. User-Generated Content

Peer Benchmarkd allows users to contribute creative work and insights to help build a transparent, educational resource for the design community. Peer Benchmarkd does not claim ownership of your work. The licence exists solely to operate, display, and improve the Platform.

  • You retain full ownership of all design tasks you upload.

  • By uploading, you grant Peer Benchmarkd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

    1. Display, archive, and share your submission (anonymously if published);

    2. Use it for editorial, educational, or promotional purposes linked to the Platform.

  • You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the material or have permission to upload it.

  • You may request the removal of your submission at any time via support@peerbenchmarkd.com.

5 . Anonymity of Submissions

All published tasks are displayed without personal identifiers unless you choose otherwise; internal records link submissions to your account for data management and moderation purposes only.

6 . Prohibited Use

You must not upload content that is:

  • unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory;

  • infringing on another person’s copyright or IP;

  • spam or malware.

7 . Intellectual Property of Peer Benchmarkd

All branding, interface design, and text on the Platform remain our property. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

8. Payments and Digital Products

Access to general content on Peer Benchmarkd is free. Paid digital products are processed securely via Stripe. Digital products are delivered immediately on purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, refunds are not offered for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected, and you may contact us at support@peerbenchmarkd.com regarding any product that is faulty or not as described.

9 . Task Mastery Companion Tool

The Companion Tool uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested action plans and frameworks. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. It is provided as guidance only and is not professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. Do not enter confidential information, client material, or anything covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Text you submit is transmitted to our AI provider for processing.

Access is subject to fair use limits to maintain availability for all users. We may suspend access where use appears automated, excessive, or intended to disrupt the service. The Tool depends on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10 . Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11 . Liability Limitation

Peer Benchmarkd is not liable for loss or damage arising from user content or third-party services. We provide the Platform “as is” without warranties of fitness or availability. Peer Benchmarkd is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on user content.

Text you enter into the Task Mastery Companion Tool is transmitted to Anthropic to generate a response. Do not enter confidential information or material covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
These providers may store data outside Australia.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for operation, legal compliance, or as requested by the user for deletion.
